Established in 1996, Henan Sanli Nonwovens Co., Ltd. is a hi-tech shareholder co***ny, which is located in the Jili Science and Technology Garden, the State Hi-tech Development Zone of Louyang¡ªthe ancient capital of nine dynasties of China. It specializes in producing serial nonwovens such as PET (polyester) filament spunbonded geotextile, geomembrane, waterproofing carrier, substrate for PVC floor covering etc. Its total investment is about RMB£¤200 million.
Sanli has imported a complete set of up-to-date PET spunbonded nonwovens plant with the annual capacity of 6000 tons. The main machines are from O.R.V. (in Italy), FEHRER (in Austria) and FLEISSNER (in Germany), which are all the worldwide known manufacturers of nonwovens equipments. By adapting the techniques of double row spinning and low-pressure high-speed air ejection, it greatly increases the fiber strength and the uniformity of the products.
Sanli¡¯s products, tested by the Quality Inspecting and Measuring Center of the Capital Works under the Ministry of Water Resources, are superior to GB (the Chinese standard) in various technical performances. They feature high strength and elongation, perfect thermosetting, excellent uniformity and corrosion resistance. They are widely used in the field of constructions, such as highways, railways, soft ground treatment, the environment protection, hydraulic engineering, harbors and underground works etc. They can also be used as waterproof asphalt felt overlay and tufting carpet backing.
